Phoenix Forward was founded by Jessica Luemen, a seasoned cybersecurity professional who knows what it means to rise from adversity. After experiencing countless personal and professional challenges, Jessica decided to put her resilience and expertise to work for others.
The turning point came with the loss of her father. In the midst of grief, she witnessed how vulnerable her mother was to predators both online and by phone: scammers waiting at the gate, ready to exploit anyone who wasn’t “tech‑savvy.” Jessica stepped in to protect her family, but the experience raised a sobering question: How many others face these threats alone, without someone to shield them?
Out of that realization, Phoenix Forward and its sister initiative, FScammers.com, were born. Together, they form a joint endeavor dedicated to protecting the public from those who would do harm—whether through scams, fraud, or digital exploitation.
Phoenix Forward was established as a mission driven company with very flexible payment options, because victims should never have to pay for access to safety, resources, or information.
